    *Notice regarding All-State 2020

High School teachers are being asked to complete an All-State Recommendation for those current 11th grade students that
participate in your performing group(s), and auditioned for All-State in spring, 2019, earning a 98 - 100 score. After a
review of the submitted recommendations, it may be possible to assemble All-State Ensembles and move forward with
the planning for a 2020 All-State Program. We recognize that any large scale assembly of people is
contingent on the health and safety of our nation and our region. If, however, circumstances improve and schools can open
with normal activities, this may present an option for providing a modified one-year All-State program.

    Festival Season Refunds
The NYSSMA Office will start to open on a very limited basis in the near future.  When we gain more consistent access to the office we will begin the process of refunding festival season fees.  We anticipate this process could take a few months to complete.  We will provide more information as we work through the process.  Thanks for your patience and understanding.
