1. Spring 2020 Semester:
Spring Driver Education Program update from our driving instruction vendor, East Meadow Driving School.
To all Students attending the 2020 Spring driver education program and their Parents;
We hope that everyone is healthy and safe during this time of crisis.
Be assure that the Spring semester of Driver Education that was started at the beginning of February and suspended in mid-March, will be completed in its entirety. All students will receive full course credit for the time they have completed in the program as well as full financial credit. In other words, to complete the program you will not have to start all over again.
6/2 Update: Since schools are closed for the summer:
All Spring programs that were interrupted will be completed in the Fall, starting Wednesday September 9th and finishing Tuesday November 24th. Students will adhere to their existing Spring schedule, but there may be some allowance for minimal schedule changes. In addition, instructors will have the ability to schedule extra classes (at the students convenience) in order to complete at least some of the program at an earlier date as well as to conduct make ups.
Also be assure that the safety and health of the students is our priority. When the time comes, all necessary precautions will be taken to ensure a safe program.
We have created an email address Obspring20@gmail.com so we can try and provide students & parents answers to questions they may have at this time.

2. Summer 2020
6/2 update: Due to the continued school closure we cannot offer a summer semester of driver education this year.
3. Fall 2020 Semester: Updated 6/2/20
6/2 update: An accelerated Fall program can be conducted from Saturday November 28th, 2020 to Friday February 5th, 2021. Registration will open in early November.
This program will require students to attend twice a week (for both car & lecture). This will necessitate limiting the numbers of students in the program to fit capacity and be most likely restricted to those students that have flexible schedules. For example, students attending weekend classes will most likely have to have the ability to also attend a class during the week, and possibly vice versa.
4. Spring 2021 Semester:
6/2 update: Programs will commence on Monday, February 8, and run until mid-June. Registration will open at the end of January.
