2023-2024 Budget Information

Welcome to the Oyster Bay - East Norwich Central School District's budget information webpage. This page is dedicated to providing residents with detailed information regarding the 2023 - 2023 School Budget. All information that is shared at the Board of Education meetings will be posted here and will continue to be updated throughout the budget season.

The Annual Budget Vote and Trustee Election will take place on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at the Oyster Bay High School. 

Budget Mission

Our mission is to continue to make Oyster Bay – East Norwich the best and most innovative school district in the nation. We have the community, the parents, the administration, the staff, and the students to make this vision a reality.

 

Budget Focus

  • Stay within the allowable tax levy cap
  • Strategically align resources to provide the students with the best possible educational opportunities while supporting new initiatives
  • Continue routine maintenance and improvements of existing building and grounds facilities in addition to supporting the 21st Century Capital Improvement Projects
  • Remain fiscally responsible and strengthen our long-term financial condition

Voter Documents

Nominating petitions for Candidate for member of the Board of Education can be picked up in person from 8:00 a.m. through 4:00 p.m. at the Office of the District Clerk located at the Administration Building, 1 McCouns Lane Oyster Bay, NY 11771. Completed petitions must be filed in the District Clerk’s Office no later then 5:00 p.m. Monday April 17, 2023.
