A Democratic campaign in Long Island is looking for Summer and Fall Interns. All interns will have the opportunity to gain first-hand experience with all aspects of an exciting Democratic campaign. Internship hours and schedules are flexible. About the Internship Program:
Campaign interns will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of a political campaign, including policy, communications, field organizing, and fundraising. Responsibilities will vary, but we strongly encourage interns to take on responsibilities in areas that interest them most.
The internship is open to current students and recent graduates. Strong interpersonal, communications and writing skills, as well as an interest in New York politics and/or campaigns, are necessary.

Woodbury Optical Studio, located at 185 Woodbury Road, Hicksville is looking for students interested in part-time employment. This position includes light filing and pulling charts. It requires working approximately 10-20 hours per week. The position pays $12 per hour. We are looking to fill 2 or 3 positions. It would be great work experience as well as a way to earn some money for a conscientious student.
