Valedictorian Sahill Yadav
Move over Jeff Bezos and Bill Gates, there’s a budding entrepreneur coming up the ranks who will surely make his mark in the near future. Already breaking records and raising the bar on student achievement, Oyster Bay High School Valedictorian Sahill Yadav leaves his alma mater with new levels of success for current students to emulate.
Sahill is the first Oyster Bay High School student to earn the prestigious title of Merit Scholar as a scholarship winner in the National Merit Scholarship program, an honor bestowed on fewer than one percent of the most talented and promising students in the nation.
He was named a News 12 Scholar-Athlete for his outstanding performance in the classroom and on the playing field, and was the winner of a National Honor Society Scholarship, representing his school as an outstanding example of the four pillars of the organization: scholarship, service, leadership and character.

Salutatorian Terrance Cameron
Whether it’s saving lives or going to space, Oyster Bay High School Salutatorian Terrance Cameron is setting his sights on doing something groundbreaking.
“I want to use engineering to make a profound impact on the world,” he said. Following in his father Richard’s footsteps, Terrance will study engineering at the University of Notre Dame this fall.
“I’ve been a fan my whole life, going to football games every year. My dad showed me the best parts of campus, told me stories about the school…Notre Dame has a legacy that no other school has and I’ve loved the place since I was little.”
As salutatorian, Terrance earned a grade-point average of 110.62 after taking the most rigorous course load available at Oyster Bay High School, including 12 Advanced Placement/college level classes.
