  • 7 & 8th Grade Musical is a Smash Hit

On Friday, November 18, a new era of theater at Oyster Bay High School began with a wonderful presentation of “Broadway through the Decades” starring the Oyster Bay High School 7th and 8th graders.  Under the direction of OBEN’s new theater director, Kerry Prep, the young performers displayed a level of professionalism way beyond their years.  Mr. Prep is already getting ready to direct the Oyster Bay High School Spring Musical production.

Many of the talented performers participate in the theater arts outside the school as well.

Oyster Bay High School 8th grader Rachel Kowalsky is currently starring in Annie in the Studio Theater of Lindenhurst’s Family Theater, which runs from now until December 31.  Follow this link for show times and tickets:  https://www.studiotheatreli.com/get-tickets/
