The Oyster Bay-East Norwich Registration office is located in the Administration Building at 1 McCouns Lane, Oyster Bay, NY 11771.
To register your child, please complete an application and secure the required documentation. Individuals who require assistance with necessary documentation should contact the District for assistance. Applications can be picked up from the Administration Building or downloaded from our website by selecting the link below.
Appointments are required. Upon completing an application and securing the required documents, contact the Office of Registration, at registration@obenschools.org or call 516-624-6555 to request an appointment.

All residents of the district who are between the ages of 5 and 21 and have not yet earned a high school diploma may attend school for free. Veterans of any age who have not received a high school diploma and who were discharged under conditions other than dishonorable are also eligible to attend.
Residency is based on living in the district and intending to stay there. A child is considered a resident of the place where their parent or guardian lives.
No one can be denied admission because of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other legally protected status.
