Student and Family Rights
Oyster Bay-East Norwich Central School District is committed to ensuring that every student has uninterrupted access to public education regardless of actual or perceived immigration status, citizenship, nationality, or country of origin.
In accordance with New York State Education Law § 3201-b, the District has established Student Protection Procedures addressing requests from immigration authorities, student custody, confidentiality of student information, access to school property, and notification of student and family rights.
