OBEN Virtual Enterprise students earn silver at regional competition
Oyster Bay High School Virtual Enterprise students recently traveled to Long Island University to participate in the Business Plan Competition and Trade Show, where they demonstrated exceptional entrepreneurship and business acumen.
During the event, students networked with peers from across the region and showcased their own products while learning about other student-run ventures. The experience provided hands-on practice in sales, marketing and professional communication – skills that will serve them well in their future careers.
Their preparation and creativity paid off when the team was awarded Silver in the NYS/NE Regional Trade Show Booth Design Competition, a recognition of their innovative booth presentation and professional execution.
Congratulations to all the Virtual Enterprise students who represented OBEN with excellence at LIU!
