    What is Naviance?

Naviance is a comprehensive, online program that helps assess and develop personal college and career goals for each student.

Every Oyster Bay - East Norwich student in grades 6-12 will have an annual Naviance goal which includes career assessments, college searches and college application processing.

Oyster Bay - East Norwich Schools Naviance Plan

Throughout the school year, the School Counselors will visit classrooms to reach every student in grades 6-12 and have them participate in a Naviance College & Career Readiness Assessment. Each assessment is unique and helps students to identify their strengths, interests and future goals. Each grade level has their own “home page” on Naviance where the task they are assigned can be identified. The results from the assessments will be saved to each student’s individual Naviance Student account so that it can be accessed in the future by their parents/guardians and School Counselor.
